Overview
The 4th St. Ann’s Hospice/ Stockport Foundation Trust Conference will focus on diverse aspects of palliative and end of life care in the digital age. 

Intended Audience
The course is designed for palliative and end of life care and hospice professionals and will also be of interest for health and social care practitioners from any care setting supporting individuals with life limiting conditions.
