We recently co-presented two posters at Hospice UK’s annual conference.
The first poster was with Professor Carla Sofka, Siena College, the second was with Amara Callistus Nwosu, Lancaster University and Sarah Stanely from Marie Curie.
The conference was excellent. It was also thought provoking having digital legacy conversations and sharing experiences with hospice care professionals from different regions across the United Kingdom.
The posters can be viewed by clicking on the Twitter photos shown.
