We are going to be launching a new, high value resource at Advance Care Plan Day 2026. 

The resource will be provided to all attendees (for free). The resources is a ‘Digital & Social Media Will Booklet’. It has been developed with care planning and legal professionals and builds on both our 10 years of experience and our current ‘Social Media Will’. 

The first version of this document will be published following a pilot with a number of UK hospices and care professionals and patients.
