Jeremy Vine Show explores digital legacy planning

The Jeremy Vine show highlighted the importance of making plans for our digital assets and the problems that can occur when plans are not made for our online life in advance.

The feature included an interview with Sarah Smith who lost her husband Matt Smith to cancer in 2021. It highlighted some of the issues Sarah has since faced trying to access, close and manage Matt’s online accounts.

Jeremy then asked James from the Digital Legacy Association to provide further information about areas relating to safeguarding a digital legacy how people can make plans for their digital lives in advance.
